Man Hug

A firm, hearty handshake is a well understood way for men to greet each other.

However here at TheRugbyMen.com we believe the man hug is a gift to be shared. Magnitudes of man hug can vary: –

Level 1: – ‘Entry man hug’; -A handshake that transitions into a hug-like, semi-embrace that lasts no more than one second and may be accompanied by a firm slap on the back.’ 

Level 2: – ‘Buddy Hug’ ;- No transition moving straight into a semi embrace that last not more than 2 seconds and can be accompanied by a firm alpha pat on the back’.

Level 3: – ‘Bear Hug’; – Only fully understood by those who have fully given or experienced.
